“The End” é um espetáculo que se debruça sobre a temática da identidade mediatizada, onde a imagem-vídeo e a performance ao vivo se misturam, explorando os limites artísticos e as fronteiras conceptuais entre Teatro e Cinema, ficção e realidade, público e privado.
Através de uma construção do “fim” tenta-se acabar com a identidade, com o espetáculo, com o teatro, mas pensando no sentido grego do termo telos (fim como finalidade), procura-se também dar uma finalidade a tudo isto, sabendo que os fins justificam os meios. “The end” é o fim. O fim de finis. O fim de telos. O fim de tudo. O fim de nada. O fim do mundo. O fim de um espetáculo. O fim de uma relação. O fim da comunicação. O fim da identidade. O fim da identidade mediatizada. O fim da comunicação digital. O fim do videotelefone. O fim do teatro. O fim do cinema. O fim da realidade. O fim da ficção. O fim do público. O fim do privado. O fim do eu. O fim do nós. “THE END (DRAFT)”

“The End” is a show that focuses on the theme of the identity’s highlighting, where video-image and live performance blend, exploring the artistic and conceptual boundaries between Theater and Cinema, fiction and reality, public and private.
Through a construction of the “end” we try to end identity itself, with the show, with the theater, but thinking it in the Greek sense of the term telos (the end with purpose), we also tried to give purpose to all this, knowing that the end justify the means. “The end” is the end. The end of finis. The end of telos. The end of everything. The end of nothing. The end of the world. The end of a show. The end of a relationship. The end of communication. The end of identity. The end of the highlighted identity. The end of digital communication. The end of the videotelephone. The end of theater. The end of cinema. The end of reality. The end of fiction. The end of the public. The end of what is private. The end of the self. The end of the knots. The end of the unanimated self. The end of the species. The end of all that exists. The end of humanity.
