Mas afinal, quem é este doente capaz de fazer dois cirurgiões reformados, voltarem ao serviço? Trata-se de uma operação delicada e os médicos, normalmente ao serviço dos fracos e dos oprimidos, não vão regatear meios para alcançarem os seus objetivos…
Equipados com tecnologia de ponta – câmara de vídeo endoscópica, seringa de anestesia de último grito, escalpelo, abre-latas e serrotes – Léon e Willy vão passear-se pelas entranhas tumultuosas do seu paciente, descobrindo novos recantos até então inexplorados.

The riskiest operation ever carried out by two retired puppets.
But who is this patient able to make two surgeons retired returning to service? This is a delicate operation and the doctors, usually in the service of the weak and oppressed, will not discuss means to achieve their proposes…
Equipped with the latest technology – video camera endoscope, ultimate anesthesia syringe, scalpel, can opener and saws – Willy and Leon will walk up the bowels of his tumultuous patient, discovering new places previously unexplored.
